What types of electronic files are required for logo production?
We accept electronic files with the .cdr extension (Corel Draw Version 12 or less) and .ai extension (Adobe Illustrator version 10 or less). All files and fonts must be converted to vectors. For color logos, you must provide us with the matching pantone numbers as well as a ready-to-use file with the color separations.

What electronic files are not accepted for logos?
Files in .jpeg or .pdf can only be provided as a visual reference. They cannot be converted.

What is the timetable for production?
Production takes 10 days, on average, after the final logo or montage has been approved.

How is the merchandise delivered?
Our deliveries are made by reliable courier companies such as UPS, Purolator, Parbus, and Canpar. Delivery fees apply.

What modes of payment do you accept?
Payment is accepted in cash or cheque. We also accept credit or debit cards.
